Improve the Corporate Culture and Think Outside the Box

Having a strong corporate culture is not only good for business, but has so many benefits from financial to productivity, creativity to improved communication, and so much more. As you review your company culture, one thing to ask yourself is, what kind of corporate culture do you want to create? What are your company’s core values, its approach to customer service, and how does it define performance and operational excellence?

Sarah Jones, co-owner of Bamboo Reality, built a strong corporate culture at her brokerage by bringing everyone together to create a company vision board. By having everyone compose a personal vision board and contribute to the company board, she was able to improve the company culture by encouraging the team to set their own company goals and increase the company’s overall productivity.

What are some things you have done to improve your company’s culture? What area would you like improve on?
